Drums part 2!
So it turns out that the drums I was hearing all the crazy people were all going to a rally or something that was happening on 9 de Julio. I think it was some kind of gathering of all the drivers of trucks and busses, kinda like the teamsters in the states. From what I got from talking to people It was in regards to the upcoming elections, I think they were showing their support for one of the candidates. This is a picture of 9 de Julio (the huge street that I talked about in one of my earlier blogs) after most of the people left, and left all of their trash.
